Teachers’ professional Development center has started long-term trainings in Psychological and Pedagogical Foundations.

Teachers will be provided with essential knowledge pedagogic and psychology and be encouraged to master adequate skills and abilities in order to efficiently conduct pupil and result-oriented teaching process.

The course includes six modules as follow:

• Basic Principles of general education in Georgia

• Learning and development theories and their use in teaching process.

•  Teaching process planning and efficient teaching strategies.

•  Communication process and pupils’ motivation

•  Class management and efficient strategies to solve conflicts.

•  Teaching process assessment

The course is oriented not only on the theory, but it will introduce the teachers with all the essential skills that are important during the teaching process.
