National Center for Teacher Professional Development organized a 4 –day conference on “Current Education Management Issues”.

The conference aim was advancing education management practices by sharing and popularization of current education management issues, research results and education management success stories.

Various papers have been presented at the conference, covering topics like: monitoring of scheme implementation at schools, teacher evaluation process by the evaluation groups, continuous professional development opportunities for teachers and school personnel and other school management related issues.

There were around 100 participants at the conference from Tbilisi and various regions of Georgia, public and private school principals, ERC representatives, trainers, Education Management faculty graduates and TPDC staff members.
