By the initiative of the National center for Teachers' professional Development a conference dedicated to the work of mentors and inductees was held. Acting mentors, inductees, school principals and the experts of the National Center for Teachers' Professional Development participated in the conference.

During the meeting were discussed the important issues as follow:

• The inductee standard;
• Inductee work evaluation by mentor;
• Teachers' Professional Development Scheme and mentor's activities;

In the scope of the conference an inductee standard draft was discussed, as well as the participants spoke on the inductee evaluation criteria.

Induction State Program envisages a series of changes that are oriented on the increase of a program range.
