National Center for Teachers’ Professional Development offers school and special teachers, psychologists, coordinators of inclusive education and other specialists who work with blind or visually impaired pupils teaching courses in Braille writing system.

The teaching course involves 48 hours (12 days, 4 hours per day). Upon the completion of the module, participants will know Braille alphabet and be able use it in writing/reading as well as teach to the blind. During the course the participants will be evaluated through 2 tasks; also at the end of the course they will be tested on text reading and comprehension. Participants who will successfully complete the course will be awarded National Center for Teachers’ Professional Development Certificate with the reference that they are able to read/write Braille and work with the blind pupils.
