Master class for fine and applied arts teachers

Tskaltubo Fifth Art Festival is being held with the initiative of Swiss Foundation Artasfoundation and the local organization- Tskaltubo IDP Women.

During the Festival, a master class will be held for public school teachers of fine and applied arts.

In the framework of the master class, samples of primary and basic level fine and applied arts lessons will be presented to teachers. The teachers will get acquainted with the ways of using modern visual culture and its critical understanding models in the teaching process. The teachers will receive recommendations on the issues problematic to them.

The master classes are specially linked to the Tskaltubo Art Festival. After a three-day master class, the teachers together with the fine and applied arts consultant will get acquainted and attend various workshops, including workshops of experimental movie club, land art, secondary materials application workshops, as well as the performance of the social children's theatre "Aitsona-Daitsona" and at the wrap-up meeting will discuss the ways how to use the above practices in teaching.

Master class venue:  LEPL Tskaltubo Otia Ioseliani Public School №1

Time / date of the master class:  3 days, 3 hours per day. (September 25-27, 2017)

Festival workshops:  September 27 - October 01, 2017

The registration has been completed

The first 25 registered teachers will be able to attend the master classes.
