12 German language teachers selected through the competition announced by the National Center for Teacher Professional Development flew to „INNES INSTITUTE VIENNA“in Austrian capital city.

The teachers will take 2 week intensive teaching training and learn about new methodologies related to language teaching. The course aim is to develop teachers’ qualification and raise awareness about the local culture.

The National Center for Teacher Professional Development, with the view to improving teachers’ qualification, announced the competition in October last year. The competition was held in two stages. During the first stage the contestants were selected through the submitted portfolios, and the second stage was the interview. Any public school practitioner senior teachers and leading teachers were able to take part in the competition.
