TPDC Training-Consultants have been consulting the school principals with one of the major “Teacher Induction, Professional Development and Career Advancement Scheme” component- inner evaluation. School principals learn about the evaluation group formation, group member selection and evaluation procedures.

The consultancy series aim at assisting schools in formation of evaluation groups and carrying out evaluation procedures . TPDC will proceed with series of consultancies and trainings at various stages of scheme implementation
