A summative meeting was held with the “School based Professional
Development” program. The representatives of the National Center for Teacher
Professional Development and program trainer-consultants. Participants
discussed the program development perspectives and their correlation with
teacher induction, professional development and career advancement scheme.
The representatives from grant winning schools, who had implemented
various interesting and fruitful projects, participated in the workshop
alongside the program trainer-consultants.
