Second Teacher National Conference “Best Teaching Practice in Schools” winners had been awarded in Teacher House. The ceremony was opened by LiaGigauri, Deputy Minister, Ministry of Education and Science of Georgia, andGiorgiMachabeli, Director of National Center for Teacher Professional Development.

The Competition was announced in June, 2014. Out of submitted 500 applications, 208 - had been shortlisted. The teachers, whose works got best evaluation from the competition committee, participated in the first and second rounds of the regional conferences. The winner 50 teachers were revealed bytheir colleagues via secret balloting.

Teacher National Conference, that serves the purpose of implementing and sharing the best teaching practices, was held for the second time this year.
