Within the framework of the joint project of the Ministry of Education and Science of Georgia, the National Center for Teacher Professional Development and the State Teaching University of Physical Education and Sports of Georgia, the first stage of professional training of sports teachers of public schools has been completed.

The training was attended by teachers of physical culture and sports of Tbilisi, Mtskheta-Mtianeti and Shida Kartli public schools. Along with the improvement of theoretical knowledge, teachers also participated in practical activities. Within the scope of the training course, much attention was devoted to the promotion of a healthy lifestyle.

The program will continue throughout Georgia.
