The National
Center for Teacher Professional Development has launched a new training course
for the teachers in whose schools homeless and socially high-risk vulnerable children
are enrolled.
The
training course "Identification of vulnerable children's educational
needs, communication and cooperation strategies" is currently being
piloted and attended by 20 teachers at the first stage.
After
the assessment of the pilot results, within the Center’s Inclusive Education
Support Program, the training course for teachers with relevant needs will
continue in 2018.
The
training module has been developed within the project “Second Chance for Education"
of the Ministry of Education and Sciences of Georgia.
