The Deputy Minister of Education and Science of Georgia Lia Gigauri, National Center for Teacher Professional Development Director Giorgi Machabeli and Deputy Director Manana Ratiani attended the testing of inner lesson observation process at the Gori public school N3.

After the meeting the Deputy Minister of Education and Science of Georgia discussed the inner lesson observation rubrics with the members of teacher evaluation group and listened to their recommendations and considerations. The rubrics have been developed by the National Examination Center and is being tested in 7 public schools currently.

National Center for Teacher Professional Development is currently carrying out teacher evaluation group trainings. The training of 20 000 teachers and administrative staff is envisioned within the course countrywide.
