Second part of the “Teacher Induction, Professional Development and Career Advancement Scheme” Guideline has been developed at the National Center for Teacher Professional Development. The electronic version of the Guideline is available at the TPDC web-site: tpdc.gov.ge.

The second part of the Guideline offers teachers and school administrations recommendations on activities within the “Teacher Induction, Professional Development and Career Advancement Scheme” and teacher evaluation group. It also provides teachers with information on the document contents kept in teacher professional portfolios, for acquiring the necessary credit scores after evaluation.

The guideline also offers activity criteria and rubrics, model lesson evaluation rubrics, used by the teacher evaluation group in carrying out the evaluation process at the school level.

Apart from the Guideline , TPDC offers teachers and school administrators other support activities, like consultations and trainings.
