Intel” Educational Programs Summative Conference was held at the National Center for Teacher Professional Development. The Intel basic course- “Teaching via Projects” and its implementation tools in Georgia were covered at the conference. The conference participant teachers also presented 15 best portfolios.
The contest “Best Educational Project Portfolio -2015” was jointly announced by the Innovative Education Fund and the National Center for Teacher Professional Development. The teachers who had attended Intel basic course- “Teaching via learning and integration of Information-Communicative Technologies” were eligible for conference participation.
The winner teachers had been revealed according to the Educational Projects plan evaluation criteria. The portfolio difficulty level as well as projects realization materials had been taken into account during the portfolio evaluation.
The winners had been granted with certificates and gifts. The 8 teachers who took the first place were granted with planshets , the teachers taking the 2-nd place-100 GEL present vouchers, the rest of the contestants had been awarded with flesh-drives. The participants will get 1 point within the “Teacher Induction, Professional Development and Career Advancement Scheme”.
