The works on Vocational Education Teacher Guideline is under way. A 3 day seminar was organized within the “Vocational Education Teacher development” program in Kachreti.

The development of the on Vocational Education Teacher Guideline was initiated by teachers. The Vocation Education teachers had had trainings in pedagogy and methodology since 2011, but there hasn’t been a manual in Georgian language. The professional Guideline covers teaching strategies, principles of adult education, evaluation in modular teaching, planning teaching processes at vocational institutions and plants.

The meeting participants provided feedback on the guideline. The feedback will be consolidated in the final draft version of the document.
