National Center for Teacher Professional Development translated “Teacher Induction, Professional Development and Career Advancement Scheme” Guideline for Ethnic Minority teachers with the aim of supporting school teachers and administrators.

The guideline includes all the stages of the scheme enactment. The guideline will be of practical assistance to teachers, school administrators and the evaluation group.

Apart from the Guideline, the Self-Evaluation Questionnaire and “Teacher Induction, Professional Development and Career Advancement Scheme” related documentations have been translated within the “ Ethnic Minority Teachers’ Professional Development and Career Advancement” program.

The Guideline can be downloaded at the TPDC web-site and will soon be available in hard-copies as well.
