National Center for Teacher Professional Developmentlaunched trainings for facilitators, observed by TPDC Director -Giorgi Machabeli and Expert-Consultant-Manana Ratiani .

The training course for facilitators covers teachers’ self-evaluation questionnaire and details of teachers’ action plan. The training participants will learn about the self-evaluation methods and assist their colleagues in using these instruments effectively in order to get objective, self-evaluation on carried out activities and correctly define the action plan on needs basis.

The trainings will cover all regions of Georgia. It’s a 2 day course and will be attended by all the teacher professional development facilitators nominated by schools.

The training course for teacher professional development facilitators is organized within the “The Teacher Induction, Professional Development and Career Advancement Scheme” and will eventually be attended by 400 facilitators.
