Natonal Center for Teachers’ Professional Development hosted a training for the consultant-teachers selected in the scope of the program “Teach for Georgia”. The participants of the program worked in various fields during 20 day period.

• Pedagogical skills;
• Communication process and pupils’ motivation;
• Effective strategies of class and conflict management;
• How to work on the pedagogical surveys;
• Presentation skills development, etc;

Teachers selected in the scope of the program go through the special trainings daily.
