Inclusive education teachers’ training was held at Teachers’ Professional Development Center. Teachers from Tbilisi and the regions attended the training.

The teachers got familiar with Microsoft operation system and Office programs with functions that improve working and learning conditions for persons with special educational needs.

The following topics were discussed during the training:

1.  Education focused on a pupil and auxiliary resources;
2. Review of special functions;
3. Types of disabilities and technologies;
4. Methods of technology utilization in accordance to the types of disabilities

The training aimed at providing teachers with the information regarding new technologies in inclusive education. These technologies enable persons with special educational needs to have equal access to education.
