Teacher’s House hosted public school principals and teachers who met the Goethe Institute and German Academic Exchange Service representatives and discussed German language teaching perspectives. German specialists answered the questions and provided information about Tbilisi Goethe Institute and German Academic Exchange Service (DAAD). The event was attended by the teachers of those schools where German is taught as the second language. The head of Teacher’s Professional Development Center Gia mamulashvili and German Language and Literature instructor Erekle Chigogidze participated in the meeting.

It’s worth noting, that the meeting was organized in collaboration with Tbilisi Goethe Institute and German Academic Exchange Service. Informational brochures and additional educational resources for teachers were prepared by the German Embassy.

Teachers’ Professional Development Center will hold analogous meetings in Qutaisi and Batumi Teacher’s Houses.
