Teacher’s House hosted the chess tournament

The chess tournament was held at Teacher’s House. The teachers of First Classical Gymnasium and the teachers of 24th, 53rd , 122nd , 161st , 50th , 54th , and 42nd public schools were competing with each other. 

Eight teams and twenty four participants were involved in the chess tournament. Teachers were given 5 minutes for each round. After the semifinal winners continued competing with each other in the final part of the tournament.

All participants of the chess tournament were given symbolic gifts such as notebooks and pens.

In order to encourage teachers, similar activities are going to be held at Teachers House in the future. Teachers of other public schools will also have an opportunity to participate in the different tournaments.
