School Principals Trainings Coming to an End

School Principals Trainings in Inner School Evaluation Monitoring organized thought out Georgia are coming to an end, attended by most of the school principals.

The trainings mainly concerned the school principals’, facilitator’s and teacher evaluation group’s role within the scheme; The trainings covered issues like: evaluation and monitoring forms and models, facilitator and teacher roles in inner evaluation monitoring process; Challenges and problem tackling of the teacher evaluation groups monitoring and evaluation processes, also the Teacher Induction, Professional Development and Career Advancement Scheme” Monitoring standards document development.

Since schools have been involved in teacher evaluation process for the first time, it’s vital that school principals acquire all the skills and knowledge required in successful carrying out the monitoring process within the scheme. Currently Teacher evaluation group members are attending trainings in TPDC.
