Irina Abuladze-Deputy Director and Natia Chkhenkeli- “Initial Teacher Support Program” Manager- National Center for Teacher Professional Development met with teachers involved in the ‘’Initial Teacher Support” Program.

The meeting covered issues like: planned events within the “Initial Teacher Support Program”, research results on Initial Teacher professional needs and “Teacher Induction, Professional Development and Career Advancement Scheme”.

“Initial Teacher Support Program” was launched this year. The Program aims at supporting teacher inductees, with up to 2 years tenure, via trainings, seminars, workshops and individual consultations.
