Mentor-teachers of vocational schools attended a special training in
pedagogical skills. During the three-day training teachers got familiarized with
issues as follow:
- The essence of effective communication;
- Effective strategies to develop pupils’ communicative
- Analysis of pedagogical situation, etc.
It’s worth noting, that teachers also were provided with the
information on effective strategies of teaching and learning. Teachers also
discussed and analyzed the influence of pupils’ cognitive and physiological state
on their motivation. They also got familiarized with strategies and recommendations
concerning the above mentioned issues.
