Mariam Macharashvili and Maia Batuashvili, the eTwinning Plus program participant teachers, and Ekaterine Dapkviashvili, the Communication Expert of the program attended the thematic conference "Learning to Think in a Digital Society" in Athens.

During the conference, Georgian teachers attended working-training meetings on various topics and received information from speakers about the importance of digital thinking and digital competences, the development of informational communication technology skills among learners and the ways of integration of the informational communication technologies in the school curriculum.

The thematic conference aims at sharing experiences between eTwinning Plus participating representative teachers and working on common project ideas.

The TPDC in June announced the competition for teachers involved in eTwinning plus to participate in international seminars and the conference, within which 9 teachers were selected.

The teachers will take part in various international activities planned for the 2017-2018 program.
