Trainings have started for program “Georgian Language for Future Success” Consultant-Teachers selected on contest-basis. Trainings cover professional skills, language and subject integral teaching methods.

After the training completion, program participants will be disseminated to non-Georgian schools in Samtskhe-Javakheti, Lower-Kartli and Kakheti regions. Consultant- teachers will offer Georgian language courses to local teachers and will attend to their professional development needs, alongside with delivering Georgian Language lessons. All of which will contribute to successful implementation of ‘Teacher Induction, Professional Development and Career Advancement Scheme” at the local level.

The program is oriented on teaching state language to ethnic minorities and one of its major components is assigning Georgian Language teachers to Samtskhe-Javakheti, Lower-Kartli and Kakheti regions
