A summative meeting was held with the “School based Professional Development” program. The representatives of the National Center for Teacher Professional Development and program trainer-consultants. Participants discussed the program development perspectives and their correlation with teacher induction, professional development and career advancement scheme.

The representatives from grant winning schools, who had implemented various interesting and fruitful projects, participated in the workshop alongside the program trainer-consultants.

The vital factor for improving learning-teaching quality at schools is the team of professional teachers who constantly strive to upgrade their teaching practices, knowledge and skills through close collaboration with their colleagues.

The identification of teacher professional skills and consecutive prompt reaction to that must be realized school-based, presented by the teacher professional development decentralized model- “School based Professional Development”.
