National Center for Teacher Professional Development announces a competition for inclusive education specialists within the project "Regional Study Tour for Special Teachers".

The project will allow special teachers, inclusive education coordinators and psychologists of the regions to share the practices of inclusive education in the most successful schools of Tbilisi, see what factors contribute to the success of inclusive education in school, ask questions, and learn about the effective strategies of teaching SSN pupils and their integration in classroom / school.

The 30 inclusive education specialists selected through the competition will be distributed in seven inclusive schools in October of this year where they will be assigned to supervisors / mentors. Each supervisor will work with 4/5 teachers.

The Regional Study Tour was first introduced by the Center in 2016 and the project significantly helped target group in planning and implementation of their work.
